Default Portuguese translation.

hello,

If you are Portuguese, can you tell me if the following reads badly?
(it probably does)

Segundo o site oficial dos The Corrs, Sharon disse:

I have moved this here as there is no point in bumping such an old thread for something irrelevant to the thread. Please don't bump old threads for such reasons in future. It's fine to start a new thread.

"Rebel Heart" is a song from the irish band The Corrs, included on their third album In Blue. It's an instrumental track with celtic influence, composed with violin, bodhrán and irish tin whistle.

It was specially written by Sharon Corr and actually, was borrowed for a mini serie produced by BB named Rebel Heart. Later the Corrs included it on their album. It was also nominated for a Grammy of 'Best instrumental track'. According to the Corrs official site, Sharon said:

'I wrote this song in Malibu using the Piano, when we were recording Talk on Corners. The song was on hold for a long time and then, BBC came after it to use it in a serie in a the part of the Easter Rising Great Fall (i dont know if that's correct cause it sounds weird...) of 1916 in Ireland. Adding the tin whistle and irish touch and the song fits really well.'

It's kinda something like that

thanks. At least that tells me the Portuguese version is readable. Someone else tells me there are a few quirks with the grammar though.

It's readable, but yes, there are some problems with the grammar. This is actually Brazilian Portuguese, not European Portuguese.

Default Brazil

Hello

Well I am actually happy it is Brazilian Portuguese because Brazil is the market Sharon Corr is trying to break into.

Cheers

Tony
