Hello everyone

From some YouTube videos showing the beginnings of the Corrs, we can get a glimpse of the Corrs performing a song called "Mystery of You". Apparently, the Corrs played this song on the French "Arte" but try as I might, I cannot find any more info on the web concerning this song's lyrics, history i.e. if and when it was ever released as a single or part of an album. I combed through the albums that I have seen and I find no mention of it.

Does anyone out there have any info on this song?

I've been dying to hear the full version for as long as I can remember, I think in about 2000-2001 there was even an online petition to release these old songs, or make them available to listen to in some shape or form, but nothing came out of it.

Another old song that never made it onto FNF is this one called On Your Own. I've only ever heard this live recording:

Mystery of You was never recorded and thus never released. The only bits we've heard of it are a few seconds on the "All The Way Home" documentary.

There has, as Cecilia says, been many petitions and Sharon has said that the band may consider releasing an album of rare/unheard material at some point.

A lot of their earlier stuff is great, and it's a shame not all of it made it onto FNF.

Does anybody actually know when and on which programme they sang Mystery of You on?

I'm guessing 1991/92 something like that?

And the narrator says it was on RTE but I dunno what programme.

I think it was The Late Late or Kenny Live. I'm not too sure though.

Mystery Of You was on Kenny Live back in the early 90's, I even asked RTE if I could buy a recording of it, but they said no due to 'copyright reasons'. And yes, there was a petition to The Corrs to release some of their early material, but we never got a reply.
